Q: How do I receive my tickets?

A: When you submit an order for tickets you will receive an email confirmation. In that confirmation is a button that says "View my ticket.” Click the button and you will get access to your mobile ticket.

Q: Do I need to print my tickets?

A: No, all of our tickets are accessible electronically via mobile.

Q: If I purchased a Membership do I need a separate ticket for each game?

A: No, the QR code that your received in your email confirmation can be used for every game this season.

Q: Is there assigned seating?

A: No, all seating is general admission. First-come, first-serve.

Q: What time do the gates open on match-day?

A: Gates open to all fans one (1) hour before kickoff.

Q: What age do kids enter for free?

A: Ages 5 years and under receive free admission.

Q: Can I bring my own food and beverages into the stadium?

A: Please refer to the ‘prohibited items breakdown’.

Q: Can I bring my bag or purse into the stadium?

A: Yes, paper and recycled grocery bags, fanny packs, backpacks, lunch bags, diaper bags, soft-sided containers, purses, and handbags are permitted, if they are not larger than 4.5” x 6.5”. All bags, including women's purses, will be subject to inspection at the entry gate. Clear bags may not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”.

Q: What if I can’t make the game?

A: If you cannot attend a game, please email us at tickets@rootssc.com more than 48 hours before kick-off to transfer your ticket to someone else. Tickets are transferrable, not refundable.
